  • Yes. We will always have the lowest prices compared to the agents and websites offering our rooms. On top of that, we offer free early check-in (2PM) or late check-out (1PM) Subject to availability and it has to be arranged prior to check in

  • Yes. When booking directly through our website you will be able to pay with your credit card, we will charge your card automatically inside 7 days prior to arrival.

    It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available on the card at the time of charging. Failed or declined payments may result in the booking being cancelled.

    Please note the owner of the card who pays, has to be one of the travelers checking in.

    Payments via credit card may be subject to a conversion fee which varies depending on which currency you use and your own bank.

    If you require to pay with an Amex card, a payment link can be sent to you via PayPal.

  • Yes. You will be able to use all major credit card brands to pay at our reception. A bank fee of 3% is added to all credit card payments when using the credit card machine in the reception.

  • Check in & Check out

    • Check in: 3pm Check out: 12pm Early check-in and late check out is subject to availability on the relevant day. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us for further information. All guests must provide a valid passport upon check in.

    Cancellation policy

    Credit card

    • For payments via credit card, your card will be charged 7 days prior arrival, therefore you can cancel free of charge up to 7 days prior arrival.

    • Bookings inside 7 days prior to arrival will be charged when the booking has been made. No refund for bookings cancelled, or made, inside 7 days prior to arrival.

    • Note, the credit card used for the booking has to be of one of the travelers checking in.

    PayPal/Bank Transfer

    • For payments via PayPal or Bank transfer, we require full payment 7 days prior to arrival.

    • No refund for bookings cancelled, or made, inside 7 days prior to arrival.

    Other

    • Parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Smoking inside our rooms are not allowed, but you are welcome to smoke outside. Please contact us for specific requests.

  • Yes. We can add a baby crib free of charge in all room types. Please reach out to our service team to book one before arrival.

  • An additional folding bed can be added to the Superior Seaside rooms for 1,000 Baht per night.

  • Upon arrival, we will need a valid passport from every person staying, to comply with Thai law and immigration rules and regulations.

  • An early check in or late check out is subject to availability and might come with an extra charge.

    Inquiries about early or late check out is to be made in advance to ensure we availability, and can be done by contacting us directly.

    You are always welcome to store your luggage with us for free if needed.

BOOKING & PAYMENTS

LOCATION & TRANSPORTATION

  • The Beachside by Himmapana is located right between Kamala Beach and Kamala Beach Road.

  • Phuket International Airport is located about 40 mins from the hotel.

  • Patong Beach is located about 15-20 minutes drive from the hotel.

  • Whether you are arriving at Phuket International Airport or coming from another hotel, we are happy to arrange transportation for you.

    The price for pickup from the airport is 1000 baht in total which can be paid at arrival for a SUV that can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests and 4 medium sized  luggage

    All we need to know is the following information 

    • Flight number

    • Arrival time

    • Number of guests

    • Number of luggage

    • Domestic or international flight

    As taxis have a limit to how many pieces of luggage that can fit in the van, please inform us beforehand what kind of luggage size you are bringing. 

  • The nearest shops are location about 50 meters from the hotel.

  • Yes :-)
    We have a free shuttle bus that will take you around Kamala from 9:00AM to 9:00PM.

  • The rooftop swimming pool is 1.2m deep with a part of it for minors being 0.4m deep.

    The pool is open from 9am to 7pm

  • To help keep the pool clean, fresh and enjoyable for everyone, we kindly ask guests to shower before entering the pool and remove excess sunscreen, lotions, oils and other products from the skin.

  • It depends. For our Compact Cityside, Compact Seaside & Superior Seaside we can comfortably accommodate 2 people.
    For Superior Season and additional folding bed can be added for 1,000 THB per night.

    Our Triple Seaside rooms can accommodate 3 people.
